This residential project began with a full flooring assessment and surface preparation for both LVP floor installation and floor tile installation. The subfloor was inspected, leveled, and cleaned to ensure a flawless foundation across all rooms. Existing materials were removed where needed, and transitions were planned out for smooth visual flow.
For the staircase, we prepared each step by reinforcing the base and ensuring consistent height and depth to meet safety standards before installing new treads and risers. In the kitchen area, surfaces were prepared for a new tile backsplash, including wall smoothing and priming to support long-term adhesion.
Installation
Work
We completed flooring and tile installation throughout the home using a combination of durable tile and elegant LVP flooring. High-traffic and wet areas like bathrooms and entryways were tiled for longevity and easy maintenance, while LVP was used in living spaces to provide a natural, warm look.
The staircase was custom-finished with LVP to match the flooring, offering a seamless design from floor to upper levels. We also installed a stylish, modern kitchen backsplash with clean grout lines, enhancing the space with a professional and functional touch.
