This large-scale 5,000 sq ft residential project began with careful surface evaluation and preparation for floor tile and installation using premium large format materials. The subfloors were meticulously leveled and reinforced to handle the size and weight of the tiles, ensuring a flawless finish and long-term durability. Diamond layout lines were mapped precisely across rooms to maintain visual consistency and symmetry throughout the entire home.
For the showers, all wall surfaces were straightened and waterproofed to support seamless tile application. Each shower base was properly pitched and prepped for tiling to meet drainage and safety standards.
Installation
Work
We completed a full floor tile installation using large format tile in a diamond pattern layout across all rooms. This added a clean, sophisticated, and spacious look to the interiors. The geometric precision of the diamond layout brought elegance and design cohesion throughout the open-plan home.
Additionally, our team installed all showers in the house, including the master shower, using high-end materials and detailed craftsmanship. The walls and floors were fully tiled, with attention to design continuity and water resistance. These showers were tailored to each bathroom’s layout and style, delivering both function and luxury.
