This LVP floor installation project involved a complete overhaul of the existing flooring. We started by removing the old carpet and all baseboards throughout the space. In one area, we also had to carefully remove outdated stone flooring, which revealed an uneven surface underneath. To create a stable foundation for the new LVP flooring, we applied a high-quality self-leveling compound, ensuring a flat and solid base.
As part of the preparation, we trimmed interior doors to match the new floor height, allowing for proper clearance and functionality once the new LVP floor was in place. All surfaces were cleaned and prepped for optimal adhesion and alignment during installation.

With the surface prepped, we installed durable, waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring over the old floor. The LVP flooring installation was completed using professional tools and a precise click-lock technique, resulting in a seamless, modern look throughout the entire home.
After installation, we added new transition strips where needed and carefully reinstalled the existing baseboards, maintaining a clean and finished appearance around the perimeter.
