Work
This new construction project started with a full surface prep for both LVP flooring and tile installation. We inspected and leveled the subfloor throughout the home to make sure all areas were clean, stable, and ready for long-lasting results. Temporary coverings were removed, and all uneven spots were addressed to create a solid foundation for the new flooring.
In areas designated for floor tile installation—like bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry—we gave extra attention to moisture protection and surface leveling to ensure durability and proper bonding.

Tile Installation
Once the prep work was complete, we installed floor tile and LVP across the entire home. Tile was laid in moisture-prone areas for durability and easy cleaning, using clean lines and tight joints for a high-end finish.
In living areas, hallways, and bedrooms, we installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring for a warm, natural look that’s also low-maintenance. Every transition was carefully handled for a smooth flow between materials. We also reinstalled baseboards and added custom transitions to finish the look.
