Prep Work
Tile Assessment

This project began as a corrective effort following an unsatisfactory tile installation by a previous contractor. The client was left with improperly installed tiles, wasted materials, and a great deal of frustration. Our first priority was to assess the existing surface and determine which areas could be salvaged and where full replacement was necessary.

Wherever possible, we carefully preserved sections of the previous tile work to minimize material waste and reduce costs. In other areas, where damage or poor alignment made saving the original tile impossible, we removed the old installation entirely to prepare for a new, proper floor tile installation.

Once the surface was prepped and cleaned, we installed high-quality tile using correct layout, leveling, and spacing methods. Every step of the flooring and tile installation process was executed with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail — restoring both the appearance of the space and the client’s trust in the project.

This floor tile and installation job not only fixed the prior contractor’s mistakes but also brought the room to life with a clean, durable, and visually balanced finish. It’s a perfect example of how professional intervention can turn around a failed project and deliver lasting quality.
