Work

This flooring and tile installation project began with the removal of old tile, which was set directly over brick. Once the surface was fully exposed, we identified sections of damaged parquet nearby that needed to be addressed for a seamless transition between materials.

We carefully cut out the affected areas of the parquet and reinforced the subfloor to provide a stable, even foundation for the new tile. Subfloor preparation included leveling and strengthening, ensuring long-term durability and proper alignment with the surrounding hardwood. This step was critical in achieving a flush finish between the tile and the existing parquet floor — a detail often overlooked in rushed floor tile installation jobs.

Once the subfloor was properly reinforced and prepped, we moved on to the floor installation tile phase. Our goal was to install the new tile at the exact level of the surrounding parquet, creating a smooth, transition-free surface between the two materials.

We laid the tile with precision, maintaining clean lines and consistent spacing. During the floor tile and installation, we used premium materials and adhesives to guarantee a solid bond and long-lasting result. The final grout work ensured both a polished look and added moisture protection. The finished space featured a flawless integration of tile and parquet, both visually and structurally. The client now enjoys a refreshed, level flooring surface that’s built to last and designed to impress.
