This project began with the careful preparation of surfaces for the various types of finishes we would be installing throughout the home. For the Venetian plaster on the fireplace and walls, we first sanded and primed the surfaces to ensure a smooth application. The plaster was carefully applied in layers, creating the classic polished look that elevates the aesthetic of the living space.

For the brick ceiling in the living room, the ceiling structure was reinforced to support the weight of the bricks. The ceiling was cleaned and prepped for the installation of the bricks, ensuring perfect alignment and a strong bond.

When it came to the LVP flooring in a French herringbone pattern, the subfloors were thoroughly leveled and cleaned, with moisture barriers applied where necessary. This ensured that the installation would be smooth, secure, and long-lasting. The floors were prepped with precise layout lines to achieve the desired herringbone design. Lastly, for the tile flooring, we carefully leveled and primed the floors to ensure durability and prevent shifting, using the best materials for high-traffic areas.

The Venetian plaster was applied with expert technique, using multiple layers to build up the surface and achieve the classic smooth, glossy finish. The fireplace and walls were transformed with a luxurious appearance, bringing a unique and elegant touch to the living room.

For the brick ceiling installation, each brick was carefully placed in a pattern that complemented the room’s modern aesthetic while adding rustic charm. The result was a stunning architectural feature that drew attention without overpowering the rest of the space.

The LVP flooring in French herringbone was laid with meticulous care, ensuring each piece fit perfectly in its place. The finished floor added a sense of timeless elegance and durability, ideal for this upscale home. In addition to the flooring, the stairs were given a complete transformation. The treads and risers were fitted with high-quality materials, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Finally, tile flooring was installed in key areas throughout the house, creating a cohesive look that blended perfectly with the other materials and finishes. The tile work was precise, with clean grout lines and smooth transitions from room to room.
